Cooling System

CFC free, the cooling system consists of hermitically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guarded by time delay circuit.

Interior is made of Stainless Steel & Exterior is either made of Mild Steel finished with powder coating or Stainless Steel.

The unit has view glass & metal door with gasket & lock.

The unit is provided with perforated Stainless Steel trays.

Forced air circulation for uniform temperature and Humidity.

Cooling System

Long lasting stainless steel tubular heaters with S.S. fins.

humidity System

Humidity generated by steam injection. Standby heater provided for auto/Manual changeover.

Magnetic float switch provided for water level safety power cut off.

Sensor

Temperature and Humidity transmitter 4-20mA used for measurement.

Temperature in degree Celsius and Humidity in % RH with 0.1°C and 0.1% RH resolution.

Safety

Unit is provided with safety devices for high and low temperature and high humidity in case of malfunction.

Alarms

Audio and Visual alarms are generated for temperature/humidity variation, utility failure.

Control System

PLC based control system with fast Ethernet communication.
